Low-retraction Stressing Anchorage
Model: DHM15-N (N is the number of anchor ring holes)
Number of holes: 1 to 5 holes
Composition: anchor head, anchor nut, wedges, bearing plate, spiral reinforcement.
Low-retraction stressing anchorage is a kind of low-retraction and high-efficiency prestressed anchorage that eliminates the loss of prestressed tendon tension through secondary tension and tightening the nut so that the retraction of the entire anchors is controlled within 1mm. This anchorage effectively solves the problems of the traditional anchoring process in that the main tensile stress exceeds the limit by the specification, which is easy to cause cracks, the effective permanent prestress loss of the prestressed tendons, and the low utilization of the prestressed tendons.
It is widely used in long-span continuous beams, continuous steel bridges and other vertical prestressed structures, railway girder transverse prestressed structures, cable-stayed bridge tower body circumferential and transverse prestressed structures, slope anchored prestressed structures, and other shorter prestressed tendon structures.
