Jack and Pump
MBV80 vacuum pump is a negative pressure forming equipment for post-tensioned prestressed duct vacuum auxiliary grouting. Before grouting the post-tensioned prestressed tunnel, connect the vacuum pump to one end of the well-sealed prestressed tunnel and start it, so that the inside of the tunnel can reach a negative pressure of -0.06-0.1Mpa and can be maintained, and then keep vacuuming on one side. , Grouting from the other end of the prestressed tunnel until the whole tunnel is filled with cement slurry. Through its air negative pressure, it can reduce the water-cement ratio of the cement slurry used for pouring, eliminate the pores and bubbles mixed in the cement slurry, reduce pores and bleeding, and ensure the fullness, compactness, and strength of the grouting. The vacuum pump can achieve a good grouting effect working with SQ45 screw grouting pump, and can also be used with the HB2 or 2HB6 piston mortar pump.
- The efficiency is 10 to 20% higher than the traditional design.
- Just work by connecting with water and electricity.
- Equipped with a water self-circulation system.
