The vertical two-head CNC steel bar bending center is suitable for high-rise buildings, highways, high-speed railways, large bridges, and other projects. It can process three-level rebar (HRB400) up to φ32mm and can do forward and reverse in one working cycle. The bending numerical control processing has high precision and high efficiency, meeting various requirements of the project, and high production efficiency.  It can process 5500 sticks every day on average, which replaces 12 workers and is more than 10 times of traditional processing equipment. This equipment especially applies to highway bridge construction sites and rebar concentrated processing factories, etc.
